After 4 years of running JDE E1 with an ASP, we decided to bring our ERP operations in-house. Our go-live took place over a holiday weekend & we contracted a problem with our Web Servers, they helped us solve it and our go-live was a resounding success. I have worked closely with GSI over the past three years. They have the sharpest CNC resources that I have worked with over the past 11 years. Our project involved an upgrade to JDE 8.11 SP1 from XE. I hired the team at GSI to architect a multi-site JDE 9.0 infrastructure while I was GM IT at Ravago. I was immediately impressed with their expert knowledge of the subject. The GSI consultant clearly understood the subtleties of the different combinations of platforms and configurations and gave us sound advise on how to proceed. Another large consideration in my selection was that in GSI, every consultant is backed up by a team of experts that can step in if the primary resource is not available or if there is a unique complexity in the implementation where another resource may have more experience.
