Using remote access support, vStaff administrators provide the daily care-and-feeding of your JDE environment, freeing you and your staff to focus on other activities.  Typical vStaff activities include:

  • Daily surface test to ensure system is ready for business
  • Installation of ESUs
  • Ownership of the daily helpdesk and maintenance tasks
  • Scheduled package build and deployment for all environments
  • Package maintenance
